Team Lead - Content Management

The role We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can translate complex technology solutions into compelling stories that resonate with enterprise buyers, decision-makers, and technical audiences alike. You'll sit at the heart of our content engine - producing thought leadership, campaign assets, digital content, and enablement material that drives brand visibility and generates demand. This role is equal parts creative and analytical. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, solution teams, and the broader marketing function to create content that educates, engages, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit high-quality content across formats - including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, email sequences, social posts, website copy, and video scripts.
• Translate technical concepts (cloud migration, AI/ML, managed services, DevOps, etc.) into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with industry needs.
• Develop thought leadership pieces in collaboration with internal SMEs and leadership.
• AI-Augmented Content Workflows - Leverage AI writing and research tools to accelerate content production without compromising quality or brand voice.
• Stay current on AI developments relevant to the IT services space and incorporate those narratives into content strategy.
• Understand the basics of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven automation enough to write credibly about them for business audiences.
