Channel: LFR Stores (Large Format Retail)

Experience: Relevant experience in retail sales / LFR channel preferred.

Location: Bangalore | Delhi | Mumbai | Hyderabad

Salary: Up to upto 50,000 per month

Joining: Immediate / Candidates who can join at the earliest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales operations across assigned LFR stores.
• Drive sales targets and achieve monthly business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail teams.
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and availability across assigned stores.
• Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with store teams to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Track sales reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and company initiatives.
• Manage and guide sales promoters / store staff, wherever applicable.
• Share regular sales updates and market insights with management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, LFR, consumer electronics, telecom, gaming, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and retail sales processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and deliver sales targets.
• Strong market knowledge of the assigned city.
• Candidates with relevant LFR / modern trade experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
