Role & responsibilities

Manage and oversee the performance of assigned collection agrncies.

Ensure collection and recovery targets are consistently achieved.

Track agency follow-ups, calls intensity and collection efficiency regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in collections or recovery operations.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Strong understanding of collections and recovery processes.

Good communication and negotiable skills.
