Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily last-mile delivery operations at the assigned location.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
• Manage and monitor Delivery Executives and manpower deployment.
• Track daily delivery performance, productivity, pending shipments, and RTO.
• Ensure maximum delivery closure and meet operational targets.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate with hub, warehouse, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and share daily performance and operational reports.
• Support manpower planning and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
