Team Lead - Category Management

Were looking for a data-driven professional to join Zepto and help drive the F&V category through analytics-led decision-making.

Location - Bangalore ( Zepto HQ)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the F&V category across growth, assortment, pricing, availability, and margins.
• Use SQL extensively to uncover category, SKU, and store-level insights.
• Analyze sales, inventory, wastage, stock-outs, availability, and margins to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through data-driven category decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Turn insights into actionable initiatives and drive measurable business impact.

Were Looking For

• 2 4 years of relevant experience in Category Management / Analytics.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience in F&V / Fresh / FMCG / Retail / E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
• Strong understanding of category and business metrics.
• Ability to independently analyze data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong ownership mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
