Team Lead - Calls

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - Calls to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling calls and leading teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise a team of call representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.


• Develop and implement effective call strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.


• Analyze call performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with company goals.


• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact call quality or customer satisfaction.


• Coach and train new team members to ensure they meet the required standards and expectations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Lead - Calls or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.


• Strong understanding of call center operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service principles.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.


• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.


• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.


• Familiarity with CRM software and technology, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
