• Manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly targets for permanent staffing requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for new hires.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Blue Collar Hiring or Bulk Hiring in Recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of manpower sourcing, outsourcing, and recruitment processes.
