Team Lead- BFSI

Team Lead Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team to achieve business/operational targets

* Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily activities

* Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution

* Drive process adherence, quality, and productivity

* Conduct team reviews, coaching, and performance monitoring

* Prepare and share MIS/reports with management

Candidate Profile:

3+ years of relevant BFSI experience

Prior team-handling/Team Lead experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Collections, Lending, or related BFSI operations preferred
