Team Lead/Backend Executive

ob Description:

• Handle and lead a team of service engineers by allocating and monitoring their work.
• Address technical queries and support the team during escalations.
• Must have hands-on experience with at least one appliance category: TV, AC, Home Appliances, Small Appliances or Mobile products.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Allocate service calls, monitor completion, and ensure quality service.
• Maintain accurate service reports and manage inventory records.

Required Skills:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance servicing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for service calls when required.
