Team Lead/Asst. Manager/Manager - Master Data Management

Candidate Expectations:

• 6 to 12 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).
• Strong experience in MDM transaction processing and employee master data.
• Experience in Reconciliation, MIS Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exposure to Data Quality Governance is preferred.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.;

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Specific Remarks: SAP HCM and Employee Central experience is mandatory.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform MDM transaction processing and employee master data updates.
• Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central.
• Perform reconciliation and resolve data discrepancies.
• Conduct RCA for recurring data issues.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data governance, SOX and audit compliance.
• Support stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives.
