Detailed Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.
• Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.
• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.
• Diligently attend to escalation Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources Ensure SLA s & KPI s are consistently met.
