Team lead - Appriasal Review US Mortgage

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of appraisers to ensure timely completion of US mortgage appraisals.
• Develop and implement effective processes for managing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to appraisal reports, title searches, and loan processing.
• Provide guidance on industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 6-14 years of experience in the US mortgage industry or equivalent experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of US mortgage laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., FHA, VA).
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams or managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
