- Effective communication and client interaction skills to maintain strong professional relationships
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Hands-on experience in the rebar industry and knowledge of industry standards
