Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Requirements:

Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and managing AI/ML projects end-to-end with timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages such as Python or R.

Demonstrated ability to define technical vision, set team objectives, and mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

Skilled in project management, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience in model selection, training, evaluation, and optimization for scalable AI/ML solutions.

Knowledge of data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including software and data engineers, and domain experts.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions is a plus.

Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
