Job Summary

The Team Lead - Admissions Counselor will be responsible for leading the admissions team, driving student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional counseling experience for prospective learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Admission Coordinator team.
• Drive admissions and revenue targets for certification programs.
• Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Guide counselors on objection handling and admission closures.
• Ensure timely follow-up of webinar attendees and inbound leads.
• Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and admission reports.
• Supervise day-to-day admissions operations, team performance.
• Resolve student queries and escalations effectively.

Qualifications Experience
