Experience: 5 - 8 Years of overall experience , with minimum 6 months as acting lead or 1 years as Team Lead on papers mandatory

Location: Chennai - Siruseri

Shift: UK Shifts - 2 days week offs

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of professionals in the Account Receivable process, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and support for their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to the Account Receivable process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and customer service, to resolve complex issues and maintain smooth process flow.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
• Manage escalations and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas of concern.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
• 1 year experience as a Team Lead
• Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role in the Account Receivable process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
