Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of Accounts Executives and Trainees and take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables across a portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Partners, you will plan and supervise audit and compliance assignments, review the team's work before sign-off, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role suits a professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Exp - 4 - 7 years (including team handling experience)
• Education - B.Com / M.Com. CA Inter / CMA Inter / semi-qualified CA preferred
