About this role
.
- Drafting vetting of CRM BD documentation, viz. application forms, provisional allotment letters, agreements for sale, sale deeds, etc.
- Drafting vetting of NOC resale documentation
- Drafting vetting of PTM, TPA and NOC for bank regarding grant of loans to customers
- Maintaining MIS office files of pending litigation matters and other relevant assignments
- Co-ordinating with other departments
- Visiting counsel#s offices and attending hearing in courts, drafting vetting of pleadings to be filed in courts/ HRERA Authority
- Looking after RERA compliances, viz. registration, quarterly and annual compliances etc.
Education Requirement :
- LLB from reputed university/institution
Experience Requirement :
- 3 to 5 years experience.
