Teaching Assistant, Academic Coordinator

Job Title: Program Coordinator
Work Days: Sunday is a working day. On weekdays, the coordinator is expected to work on
days when classes, webinars, orientations, or sessions are scheduled.
Job Overview:
The Program Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for students, ensuring a smooth
learning experience by handling non-academic support, coordinating with internal teams and
the institute, and managing key operational responsibilities. This role is critical in ensuring
student satisfaction, retention, and timely program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to students for non-academic queries.
• Act as a liaison between students and university departments to resolve academic
concerns.
• Ensure timely upload of session links, schedules, announcements, recordings, and
study material on the LMS.
• Collect and consolidate student feedback through Google Forms, calls, and email.
• Proactively gather testimonials from students via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, attendance, and payment
status.
• Oversee and track student fee files and ensure collections are made on time.
• Prepare and share reports related to attendance, fee payments, and student
engagement.
• Handle escalations and implement retention strategies for dropout cases.
• Coordinate with the IT team and the institute for seamless execution of exams.
• Attend live sessions (including weekends) to support technical troubleshooting and
resolve real-time student concerns.
• Respond to student queries received via calls and emails within defined turnaround
times.
• Share orientation and session-related information through calls, emails, and SMS.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience in student support, academic coordination, or client servicing
(preferred but not mandatory).
