Role & responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective lessons according to the assigned subject and curriculum.
• Teach students using interactive, activity-based and student-centric teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and other teaching resources.
• Monitor and evaluate students academic progress and provide appropriate feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Use digital tools, smart boards and other teaching aids wherever required.
• Identify students who need additional support and provide suitable guidance.
• Encourage students to participate in classroom activities and develop their skills and confidence.
• Coordinate with parents, colleagues and school management regarding students progress.
• Participate in school events, activities, workshops and other academic responsibilities.
• Maintain necessary academic records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
• Relevant teaching experience in the assigned subject.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Comfortable with activity-based and technology-enabled teaching.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their overall development.
• Willingness to work as per the school’s requirements, including a 6-day working week.
