Company Description Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a not-for-profit organization focused on giving disadvantaged youth in India a path to professional employment through free, intensive one-year coaching programs. FEA runs dedicated programs for urban youth (17+) and rural youth (18+) across north India's Hindi belt, combining English language training, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning through a mix of technology, peer interaction, and classroom teaching.
