Teacher/ Assistant Teacher / Mother Teacher(Only females)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
• Explain concepts clearly and ensure students understand the subject.
• Conduct tests, evaluate students' performance and maintain academic records.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual support where required.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops and other academic programs.
• Stay updated with effective teaching methods and educational practices.
