Role Description The Teacher Arabic Language role at TEE3 Training Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The teacher will deliver engaging Arabic language lessons, design lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals, and adapt teaching methods to different learning levels and styles. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves collaborating with training coordinators, participating in academic planning, and supporting learners in achieving their language proficiency goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering language instruction in classroom or training settings.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, goal-oriented Arabic language lessons and learning activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, and engage diverse learners.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to conduct workshops, support skill development, and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English or local language for explanation and support.
• Relevant academic background in Arabic language, education, linguistics, or a related field; formal teaching certification or training is an advantage.
• Experience working in educational or training institutions, preferably with adult learners or mixed-age groups.
• Strong classroom management skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
