Highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance to our Salesforce development team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a proven track record of leading complex Salesforce projects, architecting scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers. The Technical Lead will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge
• Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs 
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies
• Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences
•  Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
