Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide go live support for SAP CRM projects, ensuring seamless transition from development to production.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) and TPM implementation.
  
• Develop expertise in SAP middleware technologies such as XI/PI and SOA Suite to integrate various systems.
  
• Offer technical guidance on SAP CRM functional aspects, including sales, marketing, service, and customer service modules.
  
• Participate in virtual drives to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on SAP CRM Functional.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Go Live Support processes and ability to work independently during night shifts.
  
• Proficiency in developing knowledge around IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) and TPM Implementation.
