Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PPM implementation and support.
• Configure Project, Portfolio, Resource, Demand, Time & Financial Management modules.
• Gather requirements and provide solution design.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, reports, and governance workflows.
• Integrate PPM solutions with ERP, HRMS, and Finance systems.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, and project delivery.
• Support pre-sales, solution demos, and proposal preparation.

Mandatory Requirements

• 12+ years of PPM experience.
• Hands-on experience in Clarity PPM, Planview, Primavera PPM, ServiceNow PPM, or Microsoft Project Online.
• Expertise in Portfolio Planning, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Governance.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• PPM Solution Architect experience.
• ERP/HRMS integration exposure.
• PPM platform certifications.
• Large-scale transformation project experience.
