Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM US Payroll modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Labor, and Global Implementation.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Conduct virtual drives for candidates across India for various positions within the organization.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM US Payroll Techno-Functional role or similar position.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll modules including Compensation, Benefits, Labor, and Global Implementation.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights.
