Role & responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical direction across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
• Design scalable, maintainable LWC components and Apex services.
• Architect integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guardrails for the delivery team.
• Review code quality, data models, security configurations, and technical implementations.
• Drive Salesforce DevOps practices including Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce security best practices are implemented across all deliverables.
• Evaluate Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party tools for fit and risk.
• Lead POC exercises to validate architectural decisions and platform capabilities.
