Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with PagerDuty platform
• Strong understanding of:
• Incident Management & IT Operations workflows
• Alerting and escalation strategies
• Experience with:
• Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.)
• Logging and observability platforms
• Familiarity with:
• REST APIs & integrations
• Webhooks and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of:
• Linux/Windows environments
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Good-to-Have Experience in SRE / DevOps environments
• Scripting knowledge:
• Python / Shell / PowerShell
• Understanding of:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Exposure to ChatOps tools (Slack, MS Teams integration)
• SRE Agent
• RunBook Automation
