Responsibilities
- Integrate PagerDuty with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, SevOne, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.
- Optimize alert noise reduction (deduplication, thresholds, suppression).
- Manage incident lifecycle: Detection → Response → Resolution → Postmortem.
- Coordinate incident response with DevOps, SRE, NOC, and application teams.
- Create and maintain runbooks and playbooks for incident handling.
- Conduct post-incident reviews (PIRs) and RCA documentation.
- Implement automation using PagerDuty APIs.
- Monitor SLA/SLI/SLO compliance and performance metrics.
- Ensure high system uptime and reliability.
