Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Costing, Statutory, Reconciliation, and Payment Methods.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Oracle HCM Payroll modules.
Implement and configure payroll processes according to client needs and industry regulations.
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, data discrepancies, and system errors.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity Act etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll consulting or implementation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding salary structures.
