About this role
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Next‑Generation Firewalls.
- Implement and maintain security policies, NAT, zones, security profiles, and application‑based rules.
- Support firewall HA, device upgrades, and license management.
- Troubleshoot traffic flow, policy enforcement, and performance issues.
- Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Configure and support F5 BIG‑IP (LTM/GTM).
- Manage Virtual Servers, Pools, iRules, Profiles, and Health Monitors.
- Troubleshoot application availability and traffic distribution issues.
- Support SSL offloading, persistence, and failover configurations.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and optimization activities.
- Design, implement, and support Data Center network infrastructure (Core, Aggregation, Access).
- Configure and manage L2/L3 technologies including VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, and VRRP/HSRP.
- Troubleshoot complex network latency, packet drops, routing loops, and convergence issues.
- Support HA, redundancy, and resilient network designs
- Design, implement, and support Data Center network infrastructure (Core, Aggregation, and Access layers).
