Location-Pune Exp-6-9 years Skills-Intune admin

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management (Workspace One / Microsoft Intune) – Expert level knowledge Planning Implementation & Troubleshooting for Windows, Android, iOS and Apple Mac devices.
• Expert level knowledge on Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) and Android Enterprise Device Enrollment.
• Logging and tracking EUC Device asset data.
• Mobile device enrolment and removal in MDM system Logging tickets with MDM OEM for any product issues and coordination till resolution.
• Coordination with Mobile device vendor in case of any device related issue.
• Troubleshooting issues related MDM agent on mobile device.
• Periodical review of tickets.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Messaging server related issues as required.
• Messaging Server & Client: Working knowledge of Outlook, troubleshoot NDR s, Analyze the message header, Delegate permission, recovering deleted items, Outlook rules n Free/busy.
• Application Packaging and deployment for Apple Mac devices – Good understanding in implementation & troubleshooting.
• Expert level knowledge on preparing custom scripts for Mac devices and deploying same via Microsoft Intune.
• Expert level knowledge on Microsoft Intune Endpoint Analytics and Advanced Endpoint Analytics.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Understand System Hardware and its workings in detail.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Expert in understanding system performance parameters.
• Able to identify and fix system performance issues or provide root cause to respective teams.
• Autopilot and AP Pre-provisioning setup experience.
• Ability to remotely delete or wipe Mobile Devices and delete specific files including the ability to wipe only Customer data and leave the Authorized User data intact.
