Job Description Change Management

Location: Chennai
Experience: 7 to 14 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate IT change requests throughout the change lifecycle.
• Ensure all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and documented as per process.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and track approvals.
• Analyze change impact, risk, and dependencies before implementation.
• Monitor change schedules and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, and support teams for change implementation.
• Maintain change records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Track change success rates, outages, and process compliance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the change management process.
• Support incident, problem, and release management activities.

Required Skills:

• Hands on experience in IT Change Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes.
• Experience in handling Normal, Standard, and Emergency Changes.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, change governance, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
