Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect (L3) to design, implement, and manage enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in identity and access management, hybrid identity solutions, automation, security, and infrastructure governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID architecture for hybrid environments.
• Handle L3 support activities including complex troubleshooting, critical incident resolution, and change management.
• Manage and optimize AD infrastructure, including DNS, GPOs, AD Replication, Trusts, FSMO roles, and Schema updates.
• Configure and support Entra AD Connect, synchronization policies, and staging servers.
• Implement and manage SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Manage ADFS, certificate renewals, federation services, and disaster recovery planning.
• Perform security audits, compliance reviews, and identity governance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Active Directory Administration & Architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Identity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AD Connect, ADFS, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPO, Replication, Trust Relationships, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience in enterprise-level IAM governance and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Entra Administrator Associate or Entra Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience in large enterprise or retail IT environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
