Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions using CCBCCTPP/PICOF/PECI integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop complex queries to extract data from Workday tables and perform analysis.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and resolve them efficiently.
• Provide expertise on various modules of Workday such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation & Recruiting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Workday HCM Technical role with hands-on experience in at least one module (Core HR, Absence Management).
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts including joins, aggregations, subqueries etc.
• Experience working with Agile methodology projects.
