Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on SAP HCM Time Management (TM) module to clients.
  
• Configure and implement payroll processing, including attendance management, leave management, and time tracking.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using SAP TM modules such as Time Off Requests, Time Allocation, and Absence Management.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to employee data synchronization between SAP ERP and SAP TM systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding labor laws and taxes.
