Observability & Event Management

• Administer, configure, and manage enterprise observability platforms, primarily Datadog and Splunk.
• Support and maintain legacy "AS-IS" monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Zabbix) during transition and steady-state.
• Create, manage, and optimize unified dashboards and report metrics using Grafana.
• Configure Major Incident Management (MIM) alert routing and notifications via PagerDuty.

Enterprise Discovery & CMDB

• Administer and manage the Device42 platform for automated infrastructure discovery and application dependency mapping.
• Ensure continuous and accurate data synchronization between Device42 and the ServiceNow CMDB.
