Job Description

The Team Leader - Order Management will be responsible for leading a team supporting order management operations while ensuring adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, governance requirements, and operational excellence objectives. The role requires strong people management, stakeholder management, process governance, and order management expertise to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-15 members, including hiring support, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and attrition management.
• Oversee day-to-day order management operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets.
• Allocate and distribute workloads effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Drive process governance, operational controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage customer communication regarding order updates, escalations, issues, and special requests.
• Act as a key point of contact for management, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Resolve queries raised by sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management reviews related to team performance.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage exceptions and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to support business and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, governance standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive team engagement, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
