Role & responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to learning and development processes.
• Implement learning programs, curricula, certifications, and assignment profiles.
• Configure learning items, classes, learning plans, and user settings.
• Manage system integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other third-party systems.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Design and execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
• Develop reports and dashboards related to learning activities and compliance tracking.
• Create functional specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.
