Job Purpose/ Summary
Lead the Taxation Tower, owning end-to-end direct and indirect tax operations including compliance, reporting, statutory filings, audits, and advisory. Drive process standardization, automation, risk management, and governance across multiple business units.

As the Taxation Tower Head, you will spearhead the comprehensive management of both direct and indirect tax operations, ensuring seamless compliance and reporting across all business units. Your role involves overseeing statutory filings, audits, and providing expert advisory services to optimize tax strategies. You will drive the standardization and automation of tax processes, enhancing efficiency and governance. With a focus on risk management, you will implement robust measures to mitigate potential tax-related risks. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and auditors. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and service level agreements to ensure optimal tax operations. Your global mindset and commercial acumen will be crucial in navigating complex tax landscapes and driving strategic initiatives.
