Role: - Tax Executive

Location: - New Delhi (6 Days work from Office)

Standard Shift timing -10:30 Am till 07:30 Pm

Education: Graduation

Technical Skills: Standard Excel and SAP

Experience: 1 to 3+ years of working in an accounting or finance office environment.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities for resolving invoice errors, and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and code vendor invoices. Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving report).
• Payment Execution: Schedule and execute payments via ACH, wire transfer, or checks on time to avoid late fees.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, update tax documents (like W-9/W-8 forms), and answer payment inquiries
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor statements and general ledger accounts, resolving any discrepancies Also Invoice Vs GSTR 2B & TDS
• Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audits by organizing historical records and adhering to internal financial controls.
