Tax Supervising Senior - Privately Held Business

Preparation of complex tax returns and estimated tax calculations for Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corporations

 Strategic tax planning and research of relevant international, federal, state, and local tax issues applicable to real estate clients 

Review work of team members and assist managers/partners with project workflow 

Involvement in special tax projects, including tax entity structuring, state tax issue identification and analysis, tax credit computations, etc. 

Supervise, mentor, and develop team members 

Develop and maintain great relationships with clients to provide a tailored service 

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline 

Certified Public Accountant (US) or qualified Chartered Accountant is a preferred 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience 

Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising the work of others, including delegation, training and development of staff and interns 

Experience with a wide variety of entity types 

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills 

Expert Knowledge o Go-systems, CCH Tax Axcess, XCM, and Caseware preferred. 

Excellent communication skills 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications 

Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations
