Hiring | Tax Senior Manager – US Corporate Taxation (Form 1120)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Tax Senior Manager – Corporate Taxation (US Tax) for one of the leading global consulting and tax advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple US Corporate Tax (Form 1120) engagements, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the preparation and final review of Corporate tax returns, including federal, state, local, and foreign tax filings, estimated payments, and extensions.
• Provide technical guidance on complex US tax matters and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Manage engagement economics, including billing, realization, and collections.
• Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities by building strong client relationships.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff on technical and engagement management skills.
• Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to business development through networking, client expansion, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• EA (Enrolled Agent) certification and PTIN license is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in US Taxation, with significant expertise inCorporate Tax.
• Experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.
• At least 4 years of people management, supervision, and team development experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
