Tax & Regulatory Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
• Support the team in GST, TDS, and other tax compliance-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in account reconciliations and data validation exercises.
• Support statutory compliance and regulatory filing requirements.
• Conduct basic research on tax and regulatory matters as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collection of documents and information.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Tax & Regulatory team.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com graduate or Final-Year B.Com student.
• Basic understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Taxation concepts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Tax & Regulatory functions.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
