WOTC Assistant Manager Roles - Oversee the complete WOTC claim lifecycle, including pre-screening, certification requests, documentation review, and claim submission processes. Ensure timely processing of IRS Form 8850 and supporting documentation. Monitor certification status and resolve complex eligibility issues. Manage escalations related to claim denials, audits, and compliance concerns. Ensure adherence to filing deadlines and state workforce agency requirements
Responsibilities - 1)Demonstrates leadership skills that support the organizational goals, values and mission through effective, frequent communication with on-shore operations to ensure consistent process, procedures and service levels are delivered.
- 2)Establishes department and individual goals and objectives to develop a cohesive, responsive, and responsible department. Communicates progress through department meetings and performance reporting and planning.
- 3)Ability to consistently motivate and improve the overall associate experience
- 4)Create/maintain a positive learning environment that supports associate growth
- 5)Mediate any interpersonal issues; conflict management
- 6)Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in Tax process
- 7)Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including team briefings and other trainings
- 8)The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
- 9)Review all procedural alerts and provide updates/instructions to the organization and act as a technical resource for the department.
