Role & responsibilities

• This role involves staff performing Tax Cert by calling the county tax office and retrieving data through Netroline.
• Need to prepare Taxes with the status and property information Roles and responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have good oral communication with US Accent & written communication skill
• Candidate to possess typing speed of 25 WPM with 98% quality Candidate should be flexible with shifts Should be willing to do OT during weekday & weekend Should be familiar with Microsoft excel & word Qualification .
• The candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate should have experience in US Tax Calling.
