Tax Analyst - US Taxation

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Tax Analysts US Taxation.

The role involves directly interacting with clients to collect the information and documentation required for preparation and filing of US tax returns. The candidate will also assist clients with tax-related queries, explain tax return requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely completion of assigned cases.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and collect the necessary information and documents required for preparation of tax returns.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, information, and clarifications.
• Assist clients during the US tax return preparation and filing process.
• Interact with clients and explain tax return information and requirements clearly and professionally.
• Respond to client queries and coordinate with the relevant tax team to provide appropriate resolutions.
• Review client-provided information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of tax returns.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in internal systems.
• Manage multiple client cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Develop a strong understanding of US individual and business taxation through training and practical exposure.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn US taxation concepts and processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts is mandatory.
