Tax Advisory

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate with a keen interest in Taxation - Compliance and Transaction advisory. The role offers an opportunity to build expertise in a specialized Tax solution for HNI families and Businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Advisory

• Assist in providing direct tax support to HNIs, UHNIs, promoters, and family-owned businesses in relation to transactional engagement.
• Support assignments involving NRIs, global investments, and global family structures - Tax rationalisation, inheritance optimisation.
• Research and analyze provisions under the Income-tax Act, judicial precedents, and tax regulations.
• Prepare tax advisory notes, research papers, and client presentations.
• Prepare comparative analyses, transaction notes, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct legal and tax research on complex issues.
• Coordinate with legal, valuation, and other internal teams on transaction assignments.

Tax Compliance

• Assist in preparing and reviewing Tax returns and tax computations.
• Support tax assessments, notices, and departmental correspondence.
• Assist with timely completion of statutory compliances and filings.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at-least 1-2 years experience.
• Candidates with B.Com, CA (inter), ACCA, BAF, BMS, BBM, M.Com, or equivalent qualifications are eligible.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic exposure, or certifications in taxation/finance are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a strong interest in Taxation, Tax Structuring advisory, will be preferred.
