Role & Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in technical reviews, engineering discussions, and programme reviews.
• Track R&D, product development, technology programmes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyse technical risks, challenges, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
• Convert technical discussions into clear briefs, decisions, action points, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Development, Production, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare technical briefs, presentations, dashboards, summaries, and progress reports.
• Follow up with technical teams on milestones, commitments, and deadlines.
• Research emerging defence technologies, systems, and industry developments.
• Support special technical projects and strategic defence programmes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 25 years of experience in Engineering, R&D, Technical Project Coordination, Product Development, or Programme Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear, actionable outputs.
• Strong project tracking, programme coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, advanced engineering, manufacturing, robotics, or technology sectors preferred.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams will be an advantage.
